Modular system concept

The thermolysis plant SIRIUS T10-Bach a completely modular system concept was realized by SIRIUS Eco Tec GmbH. Due to the existing processes, the basic system design (= base unit) is designed to ensure efficient operation of thermolysis process.
Adaptation to the processing capacity of each client is performed by the respective extensions of additional base units. The SIRIUS T10 batch can be doubled by installing additional base units or tripled or multiplied. The efficiency of the processes is retained in contrast to other technologies. The efficiency and profitability of the thermolysis plant can be further increased (economies of scale).

SIRIUS T10-2 Batch (= base unit)

The system concept with 2 reactors and distillation unit 1 constitutes the basic unit of thermolysis plant. The base unit can be extended to the customer if necessary to another reactor, which increases the profitability of the plant significantly.

SIRIUS T10-3 Batch

This system configuration is equipped with 3 reactors and 1 distillation unit. The processing capacity amounts to about 30 tonnes of input material per day. The use of 3 reactors affects of this magnitude particularly positive effect on the profitability of thermolysis plant.

SIRIUS T10-2×2 / 2×3 Cluster

With this system design from 4-6 reactors and distillation units 2, the processing amount can be doubled in comparison to the base unit. The thermolysis plant has in this configuration has a processing capacity of about 40to to tires or rubber material per day.
Due to the redundant design of the thermolysis plant can be ensured in addition to the increased production capacity also stable production and delivery capacity.


SIRIUS T10-3×2 / 3×3 Cluster

The SIRIUS T10 Cluster can be scaled to the economic environment and to the requirements of customers in accordance with optimal. In this configuration, 3 units of double reactors (3×2 cluster) or tripple reactors are (3×3 cluster) available.
With SIRIUS T10-3×3 Cluster an investment concept with a processing capacity of up to about 90 tons per day of waste tires or rubber material can be dimensioned. The multiply redundant design of the production unit allow stable availability for the output products of thermolysis oil, carbon black (CBp) and steel and achieves the highest economic return.
